But she didnât do that. She racked up all those warrants, didnât take care of them, then when she wasnât getting picked up got cocky and just was sloppy. She didnât put anything in place so the responsible party is the next of kin which would be the grandparents thatâs there. If the bounty hunter wouldâve called social services, the social worker would not have let the child leave until a blood relative took accountability for the child or the child would go to foster care until someone claims the child.
So since the irresponsible person didnât put HER wishes into place HER wishes donât matter, only the LAW. So it would had to be the grandfather. He loves with the child.
