Haven't seen this in your comments, but they updated this on their discord server to state that images are ok to use in print on demand, but not as a digital image sale.

Your approach to the situation is refreshing & inspiring. Rather than trashing the services of Ideogram ( like most others will do) you make the most of it by using the images it generates to inspire you instead. I'm newer to the business but it's very time-consuming not just generating the images but all the time that we spend doing the uploading and the SEO and making the thumbnails getting it all in the store tweaking it perfecting it If you doing it right you probably need at least an hour per shirt even if you're using some sort of AI design tool. So it is kind of b******* that they create the perfect tool and then they tell you you can't use it for really what you would be using it for. I use mostly template these designs and then retweak and redesign them for my purposes and the reason I do that is because the AI stuff doesn't do nice text yet. So these guys came up with the perfect solution and then they don't give us a paid subscription plan so we can use it for commercial purposes that's just lame. I hope that some of their competitors fix this problem with text and we can just do it in another software that does one or business. That's kind of the point I was making at the beginning is this is a very time-consuming business So why would we go to some stupid software to get an idea and then we have to go to another software to recreate it like the AI tools that don't have text capabilities then we still have to upload it into another software that handles text better and then create the text around it. So basically they've given us a solution that's a non-solution it's a true nothing burger I love the look of their software I'd love to use it but when they don't allow us to legally use it for what it should be used for and what everybody wants to use it for they're just missing a major opportunity here. Of course I would pay 10 bucks a month for it I pay that for a bunch of other tools but to say that we can't use it commercially is stupid they're missing the market that would pay them money for it. The general public is just going to use it for free and have fun with it
The biggest bullshit ideas are the idiots that show how they create and upload 100 designs a day.... majority are crap designs, mostly text, with one word changed. Inspiring!
Like all graphic ai tools, a free account means you can’t use graphics produced for commercial use, like pod use. If you take the basic package then you can use the graphics for commercial use, and that’s the same for all other ai tools.

They can be used for commercial use. If you don’t want to read the terms, then please don’t spread misinformation. You would never want that . Please read it. It clearly states its services are not connected and may be commercially used. It does warn not to use 3rd party designs ( other people’s property )
