Hi Dee, l am in the same position as you. I have a large reborn collection, but just recently l got some really cute replicas too. As soon as l put up on facebook one of my replicar babies, Well the dolly police came down on me like a ton of bricks! I even lost some facebook (so called) friends over it. I was rather surprised at first, l wasn't expecting that, l thought it was up to us what dolls we choose to have. I told them to mind their own buisness! and l will mind mine. It is my buisness and not theirs which dolls l choose to have! Your babies are very cute, authentic reborn and replicar reborn both! ❤❤❤
This whole thing is so sad. I bet a lot of vendors are going to be bringing a lot of unsold dolls home, all because of an eitist, exclusionary attitude. #dollysistersunited
I so agree. I have virtually said this very same thing in comments on several videos. They are cutting their nose off to spite their face as the old saying goes. They are excluding the people that would have made purchases that would have made their doll show successful.😒🙄 Your baby girls are precious!💕I feel the same way about my babies as you do about yours. I do not support any business or event that discriminates against someone for what they collect or what they can afford. Its the same thing as discriminating disabled people. I guess you have to be rich to be able to attend these events. I think all of us who collect all dolls should come up with our own doll show or doll meetup.

I started out looking on like amazon because i was really wanting to use for therapeutic purposes so i was like that’ll work cuz I’m poor 🤣 I looked for mos trying to decide on a baby and ended up in some fb groups which is where I found my artist. I remember another CZcamsr being extremely rude and mean when I had mentioned I was looking on amazon. I can not believe the bullying that goes on w in this community it’s so sad just because people don’t have thousands or even hundreds to spend on a doll that they are expected to not be able to have dolls it’s disgusting! And I’m sorry but I get tired of seeing “buy ashton drake” well they are usually at least)150 and if buying for a little one that’s quite high imo. But i’m not big on the ashton drakes for realism they are cute but there’s just that “doll like” look to them. I don’t think anyone should be telling others what to buy and those same people are the same ones buying knockoffs of everything else! I’ve noticed they are REAL QUICK to jump and buy a doona off temu, or other knockoffs of it. Sorry u are either against it or you’re not, there is no picking and choosing. I would like to see how they would react if the dollie community grew huge and told authentic reborn collectors that THEY HAVE TO buy replicas to stay in the dolly community, LOL or be bullied because they think they have the right to collect the dolls they collect. Maybe they know thie dollie community is growing huge and so they are trying to control the numbers, which is literally impossible. No one can tell anyone how to spend the money they work for. I decided to collect authentic babies only from now on but I still love my dollie sisters. Bullying is just plain wrong.

Betsy's painting is stunning, she is a really beautiful baby, I find the Regie body intriguing. Your Peaches, whose name I missed, will have to backtrack and watch some videos, is real pretty. I hope your cold gets better soon, I had a bad chest cold with earache, that is gone, just waiting for my ears to regain their hearing as I am as usual with a chest cold 1 1/3 deaf.

That is so sad to hear. It seems like any hobby you could think to undertake these days has their "better than thou" attitudes pertaining to what any one owns or doesn't own. That is from reborn doll shows to horse and goat shows, you name it. There are snobs just waiting to be ugly and criticize or do their best to hurt feelings. That is the world we live in. People are not always nice. And if you are not rich, nor beautiful, or own the best of everything, then your out. Guess what, I don't care, and I really appreciate your video standing up for the "not good enough's" of the world. I collect what I love and everyone else should have that right without being snotted by meanies.
