- In this video we got off our cruise ship Celebrity Eclipse in Alaska's capital city of Juneau. We got a taxi ride to the Juneau airport where we rented a car, and got the whole day to explore Juneau on our own! Our first stop is the famous Mendenhall Glacier. We walk along the Steep Creek Trail in search for salmon and bears, then we take the 2-mile round trip trail to Nugget Falls, and see the huge 377-ft tall falls. Beautiful! On our next video we visit Eagle Beach State Park which is in Juneau, Alaska as well. Nugget Falls looks beautiful. The water is coming down fast from a great height and at a unique angle. It is cool to see a glacier relatively close up also. Juneau looks like a beautiful place! Thanks for sharing it with us!

What amazing nature. It would be amazing to see the salmon. They look so big! And wow, Nugget Falls is such a cool waterfall. Love how close up you can get. This was such a great stop!

Awesome sneak peek of the area. We signed up for the taxi ride to the National Park. From there we will just hike as many of the trails as possible from the visitors center. Great shots of the raging falls and the area. Beautiful area. Have a great day.

Oh Alaska you look so beautiful!! The salmon looks so cool! You captured some great footage of them, they are so bright and vibrant, way more than I thought! The sleepy porcupine is way too cute lol! I have never seen salmon in a stream before. That was pretty cool and the water was so clear! Loved the hike and the falls looked very nice. It is amazing how much water is melting off that glacier to create those powerful falls. I always thought it was interesting as well how you had to get to Juneau by boat or plane. Alaska looks so beautiful! I hope you are having a great week! 😊👍

Nice to know the pass gets you in at no cost, but really 5 bucks is super cheap. Oh wow those salmon are awesome. Cute porcupine too. I LOVE those falls. Those are gorgeous! It's so cool that you can walk right up to them. I don't care to hike, but I think I'd for sure do this one just so I could get up close and personal to those falls. Thanks for sharing this park with us. Look forward to the next one.

I would rank them out 1-10 a 10! They are so massive and beautiful. The only critique I would give them is how busy it was, but thats understandable, with 3 cruise ships in port that day, its a busy place, thanks so much for watching :)
