Now, this is what I call a VCO. Contrasting with another videos spreaded out here at CZcams that claim that their method of making "brown" coconut virgin oils (using heat) are the right ones and when asked they even say that the industrial methods use even higher temperatures....Thanks for sharing this and my best wishes

abhilasha sen yes, the curd still has oil content, once you heat it up in a pan, the oil will separate and the curd will actually be cooked (dispose them afterwards). And you can use the oil or add it up to the previous oil that you have accumulated from the process.

For those that don't know, I would not be too concerned about the hands or the masks. VCO is well know for its antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties. This is done to make the overly concerned western customers feel better about the process of making a product for western consumers who don't know very much about the rest of the world. LOL

Do you know the meaning of virgin, first...virgin means not adding any chemical during extraction..whether you heat it or not..it does not matter for virgin..yes, it's only matters if you call it cold pressed oil..cold pressed oil is different it is dried coconut pressed down to oil...
All are ok than the refined oil...

Summer Jackson If you use your juicer for other things and it not very clean then the oil wont form no matter what you do. There is a reason they are emphasising cleanliness.
