    Have you ever wondered how to make the perfect pizza dough
    In this video, I decided to share a detailed recipe on how I make homemade pizza. I opted for margarita and mixed pizza which my housemates love a lot. You can see how I prepare pizza dough and sauce that you will be sure to use for other dishes because it has a very nice smell and taste.     Before I write the ingredients I want to list some of the tricks I do in preparation to make pizza even better
    the dough should be liquid, you just need to shape it with flour and be sure to roll it before you put it to rest.
    You can leave the dough in the oven, which is very slightly heated depending on the oven, of course, I have a perfect temperature at 50c, you determine which one is suitable for resting the dough.
    Rest the dough for 30 minutes in a preheated oven or for 1 hour at room temperature
    we put the dough on a lot of flour and then we develop a noodle that must be thin in the middle and we don't touch the ends, we just gently push the middle of the dough towards the ends with our hands until the noodles are big and the ends are reduced.
    Leave the ends thicker but very little, about 5-7mm, because they will grow much more during baking and the pizza will have an excess of dough.
    instead of sauce you can use ketchup, but my advice is to put 1 large spoonful of water on the dough with the ketchup, because the dough will be more beautiful that way.
    If you are making margarita Trappist cheese in a larger amount put about 400-500gr
    in the sauce I was preparing there was already water so I didn't show it in the video
    be sure to put oil before baking, but very little
    The oven needs to be heated for at least 10 minutes before you put the pizza on the baking tray
    bake the pizza at the highest temperature for about 10 minutes
    when the cheese starts to change color the pizza is done
    serve immediately, do not cover because it softens the dough
    the ends of the pizza are not hard but crispy and soft.
    Dough ingredients
    500g flour
    300ml of warm water
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 packet of yeast / germ
    SOS
    1 tablespoon tomato puree
    half a teaspoon of salt
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon basil
    1 teaspoon red pepper or hot pepper
    1 clove of garlic
    200ml of water
    pizza
    trappist cheese
    mushrooms
    dried meat
    judge
    corn
    olives
    peppers
    I DIDN'T WRITE MEASURES because someone likes richer and some people like less crowded pizza, so you can determine the measures yourself

    A sto mesite rukavicama,pa ruke su vam cistije nego te rukavice,možda niste znali ,ali ovo dobro zapamtite 🤔

    Koji sir ste koristili (gouda, edamer) od kojeg proizvodjaca, super izgleda kao da je mozzarela

      Koristila sam punomasni sir koji se topi slican gaudi ali meni je pizza jos bolja sa edamerom i gaudom a ovdje nisam imala pa sam koristila drrugu marku...hvala Vam puno🤩
      mozete koristiti bilo koji sir koji se topi nema velike razlike 🌺
