Before the film was officially released they already announced that there would be a sequel. It got stalled because of covid and Im pretty sure its cancelled by now.

This could be a decent movie, if it wasn't for overuse quick cuts/shaky cam. Compare 0:57-1:17, 3:16-3:26, and 4:10-4:20 to the actual cut, this could've give a closer version of an American version of The Raid: Redemption with espionage on it. Those cinematography staff and the editors didn't study enough ruined the entire movie.

Peter Berg's films are just bizarre. He keeps making these military-esque movies that are marketed as "realistic" and yet they are chock-full of patently unrealistic nonsense. You can easily be forgiven for sacrificing realism for a good movie effect, but when the real-world method is far cooler, and your substitute is idiotic, it doesn't work. The opening scene of this movie when they storm this Russian safe house, they don't zip-tie/restrain ANYONE. That is absolutely basic shit even for police units. "But we have to have the Russians shoot them" Then think of an interesting way for them to escape restraints ffs! Lazy writing. Thermal cameras seeing through walls. Lazy writing. "Confirm collection of all SSD drvies" says the character clearly collecting HDDs. And on and on and on.
