The thing about this movie is none of these characters are at there peaks, jacks not at his peak yet pre surgery in this movie, this is raian pre purgatory so it’s not even current raian after his training who is shown to be a different monster all together. And then obviously Baki and ohma are still weaker then what they should have been we don’t even se a single Kure technique from him or raian in this film, and instead of yujiro vs kuroki it should be yujiro vs Shen since there the strongest in each of there verses. So overall the entire movie is “just for fun” so there’s no hardcore feats to even be took into consideration, but if there was for anyone that’s Olivia level or above should be beating any kengan character.

@@revininver Kuroki is not Top 1 in Kengan so yes. A vast majority of the Baki cast is WELL above Kengan's but I think Kengan will get a significant power/strength boost soon because of this crossover and a few other things. Shen Wulong is basically the Yujiro of Kengan and seeing as you haven't watched Kengan I wont spoil much beyond that. You should really watch Kengan though because unlike Baki where Itagaki's Nationalism matters more than the actual plot. In Kengan the better fighter who uses his techniques the best will win regardless of their race, ethnicity, and genetics.

This is just like Doppo vs Yujiro in early Baki. Doppo was hyped up to Yujiros level but in the end it wasnt even close
I think this was basically the only way they could end it. In crossovers between properties, you really can't have one side beat the other. The mindset can be summed up by, "Why would I let you use my characters only to make them look weak?" They always either call it a draw or come together to fight a greater opponent. Yujiro and Kuroki are best described as anti-protagonist obstacles. No matter what training or power-up Baki and Ohma master, those two are eternal roadblocks.

Yujiro was able to stop an earthquake but still he was taken down by tranquillisers later in the series. After that he was able to tank lighting. So that means Yujiro can be sometimes nerfed and sometimes buffed.

The feeling is crazy when you like both series equally I started watching Baki and Kengan at the same time and was hooked seeing these one sided people fighting is peculiar am just happy that it got a collaboration.
The show is ruined by yujiro presence they should have never made him appear at the fight. People may call them equals but Bakis story line just supports the fact that yujiro isn’t even a human atp he’s just a barrier used by the writer to limit strength

When i heard the English dub of the kengan x baki crossover trailer it sounded like yujiro interrupted their fight. But i didn't think i was gonna be right.

The Kengan Ashura characters take place in “Ashura” not “Omega” so with no biased opinions, Baki characters would’ve cleanly swept. This takes place after the Pickle Arc seeing as we saw pickle intrude the fight and Jack still has his mouth scar, they are stronger in terms of power and scaling as of right now. But since this film was meant to be for the fans I won’t say too much 🤷♂️.

There really isn’t that much you can do with Yujiro that doesn’t destroy the mystique or gimmick of his character. As a plot device, Yujiro works well, but as a character he’s very much static and hasn’t changed all that much since he was introduced. Idk, it’s weird.

Noticed how they picked fighters that only appeared on ashura. Neither shen (the only one who actually slightly stands a chance against yujiro) nor powerhouses like musashi or doppo also didn't appear. Instead kuroki directly got matched up against yujiro. Doppo or musashi should've been a better matchup against him (musashi is overkill too but imma put some respect on kengan's second strongest).
