you can have more than 1 account, it's not against eBay T&C, However if one account get blocked or suspended, other one linked with same IP computer wifi personal details will also get suspended.

All products are safe to list, about visa and permission I have no idea what you can and can’t do, you should consult immigration solicitor

you will save few pennies and time by printing labels in the house, if you have qty, check RM business account, or use Hermes as it will bit cheaper.
