Do the mentors hve to just be on ur lineup or start
@@chippym1070 the mentors have to be on the roster (lineup).... but on the depth chart, they have to be behind the player(s) that you're trying to improve.
As far as the point cheat you can fire the head coach and get points there to, and they allow you to fire the one you hire and get the other one back
I haven’t watched yet but you should always wait and be patient do not earn a point spend a point.
Case being say you have 1 point and spend it you go up overall. The xp meter to gain another point goes up. If your patient say the xp meter is at 5000 then you can gain 3 or 4 points at that number but say you’re a 75 and you go to 76 the point you spent makes the xp meter then go up to 5600 next point like 7300. I don’t upgrade until I can hit the next threshold like say I’m superstar at 81 there’s no use in upgrading until you have 4 points because you cannot unlock abilities anyways.

side question here. What matters more between age and years in the league? Will a 23 year old rookie develop slowed slower than a 22 year old sophmore?
depends on age and dev trait. The higher the dev trait and the younger, the player will need less exp to upgrade in overall

Unfortunately I don’t think this is true for training… Different pre-game trainings, simply net different amounts of XP.
As far as Dev scenarios and in game XP, I don’t know.

they can be on the bench or start it doesnt matter
Bro when I do the staff point hack with firing a coach then hiring a coach , is not working , when I do it it says zero next to staff points for all coaches available for hire

I have Malik Willis right now and I swear he finally got his star development and they robbed me of it cause it’s still bronze lol.
That happened to me once with Drake Jackson. I lost the game but he more than exceeded the required stat line to receive the upgrade and he remained on normal.
I watched this video and gave me an idea. Couldn't you just sign any time of mentor player and just change there position to wherever you need them?? If they just gunna ride the bench I guess it could work right??

Go to adjust lineup and click on the player and scroll down u should see it

I have over 2000yds with saquon Barkley and he still isn’t a superstar overall 91 smh what am i doing wrong I’m only on week 13… is there a way to see when or what i need to do to lock the ability?
Getting dev upgrade games are just super inconsistent, but no worries if your going that crazy with him super bowl week players receive upgrades and he definitely will 🤙🏼

I have really liked the franchise so far. Some things not in that I wish were but I think a step in the right direction.
I’m waiting for them to add an option if a player has a great year or two and is underpaid at their position for the player to request a contract extension before theirs is up (similar to when you get breakout scenarios)
Or edit the player like I do
