Brian has quite the BRAIN on him, he bought that loader at the right time "pre nutty world prices" and that has been a HUGE asset to the farm! It's kind of a blessing the 4050 didn't sell, having a tractor for almost every piece of equipment isn't always a bad thing.
We understand that chores can be repetitive but don't worry about us getting bored. We watch to see all the cool machinery and how it works.
Oh yeah, and to see Cole and Brian in their natural habitat. 😜 👍

There’s never any bringing a new life into this world gently! Wait until Tiffany (if you decide to have little sonnes) is bringing a new life into the world, she won’t be gentle with your hand or your ear drum! My first I wanted no screaming no shouting, dimmed lights and calm music and I spent a lot of the time in water. He turned out to be a little git with adhd 🤣 my daughter was the opposite, I don’t think I’d ever screamed that much and all the air in the room turned blue from my language and she turned out to be the calmest baby and person I know!

Now the benefits of having the 4050 (with cab!) dedicated to the bail processor, rather than having to shift equipment and hitches in the cold.

All it would take is a triangle shaped piece screwed in the center and then he could still fill 2 buckets at once
Never get tired of what ever you’ll do. It just amazes me how you adapt to the cold weather and how you and your Dad take care of the animals on the farm. Love your videos. I always check to see if a new one is present every day.
I’m just so glad I don’t do this anymore even though I miss cows. I do have them out here but someone else takes care of them and helps me with the cost of the ground taxes etc.

If need to scrape feedlots you don't have to apologize to us. You did a great job setting windbreaks , bedding and feeding. Do what you need to to do and ignore the trolls. Take Care and Be safe on the farm. Out

Maybe to make calving a less traumatic experience for the cows and calves. You and Brian could sing to the cows and calves? On second thought maybe you should just keep doing what you been doing. Life is good in SD even without sundogs. You could play a symphony with all of the toots that your horn deserves! Very creative camera placement again! I can't watch enough good box scraping.

We had several days with Sun Dogs in the mornings. They are very pretty. Now our snow is about gone and it's warmer. Supposed to be in the 40s to 50s next week. My mom in Rapid has had better weather than us for the most of this winter. Not much snow at all. Hope you are rolling into calving season with decent weather. We don't start till late March early April. No heifers this year, YEAHHHHH. (we're getting older, those two and three times a night to the computer to check cameras or the barn to pull calves are not for me anymore.)
I know y’all are freezing, but I just keep thinking that this is the way to make healthy happy cattle taste delicious! I’m sure enjoying my Sonne Farms meat.🥩 ❤

Super Cole, always working and fixing in the extreme cold. There were some disappointed Bovine, they expecting a feeding but you were box-scraping...
You may have people upset about box scraping or manure spreading. That is part of the holy sameness of farming. Please recognize the blessings & service these farmers provide!
We were driving down I-75 in central Florida today, headed to our rental in Englewood. We keep a running tally of license plates from as many states and Canadian provinces as we can find while here for two weeks. Well, weren’t we flabbergasted to see two ladies from the great state of South Dakota, headed south just like we were. We added that plate to the list, and wondered out loud…"Geee, I wonder if those ladies are fortunate enough to know the Sonne Farm gang??" I guess we will never know, but they will reside on the list for as long as we are able to make road trips. 👍👍
