I was stationed in Aldershot in the mid eighties, on a recent visit, I would say without doubt it’s no longer the home of the British Army, completely unrecognisable.
I lived in the area when the Red Devils used to land on the playing field and there was a barrage balloon for them to jump out of.

The issue is the Conservative Party have moved away from their traditional values. Their leader is a spineless, weak accountant. Labour are not a credible alternative, in fact they will probably be worse. If Reform had a strong leader then they would get my vote. Tice is not the right man.

Major General Tim Cross should be automatically elected as an adviser to the next Government voted in. We as British citizens of the UK should be able ask for this mans advise and experience.
A gentleman of integrity grounded upon knowledge and 'doing the job'. Sadly our current politicians come from a less robust path ! I remain positive but people have to use their vote and bot be apathetic, matters not to me how its cast just use it !

Where I live, there are a number of social bungalows. However, instead of these social bungalows being given to pensioners, they're being occupied by young migrant males, mostly from the Sudan.

I never voted Labour or Tory in my local elections. I voted Reform. Ultimately we all knew from the get go Labour was going to wipe the floor with the Tories and they will do so again come the general election at the end of the year unless Reform do something pretty spectacular, lets be honest. However, in my opinion NEITHER party deserved my vote therefore I went with the 3rd option. When Labour inevitably do just as bad as the Tories I can hold my head and my middle finger up at all those Labour voters who thought their party was above it all and have a bloody good laugh at them.
