As a leader - continue to assess folks Skills (S) and Will (W), based upon the level(s) I am able to set a Readiness level on my leadership style (R) on how I engage - High W and High S - no leadership needed, etc. Use it with adults, kids, and wife. Best gentleman.

In many ways "cavalier" works. Given that micro-managers are usually afraid of something going wrong and are compensating in some way. Whereas a cavalier approach to leadership might be decentralized command, bravely trusting the team to get it done. Where the definition becomes insufficient is where Jocko says an indirect approach works best. Afraid of offending the person or spoiling the relationship, the commander uses indirect communication in order to ensure the team-member achieves the goals without shutting down or putting up a wall.

You should hire a legal team. Fair use still applies to market share and your branding. If it is harming your revenue and brand, you should talk to a lawyer. Most bad faith actors seeking to exploit the system will be dissuaded.
Others who believe that they have a genuine fair use case can communicate with you or your legal representatives.
