@matbock thanks… love my GRAM and this video gives some great ideas. My only comment is the lack of hypothermia prevention kit.

@@Jimmurray67 he uses our r-lift that has a built-in thermal blanket.

@@Jimmurray67Well, he also has a chest kit and a MARCH belt, which in theory should address hypothermia. This bag load out is just designed to continue aid for ACLS after BLS has been initiated. But good point all the same.
