Back then, since personal recording devices weren’t commonplace, concert organizers were worried about people who could record the concert and later sell off the bootleg to other people - thereby benefitting off of the artist without their consent. Therefore, they forbade audio/video recorders to try and make sure that didn’t happen.

She has been singing with Trey her whole career. And im amazed that she even has a voice at all touring and singing all those high songs night after night. I can't imagine it. And im sure that all those years of singing so high has also taken some toll on her vocal cords. And not to mention, she's in her 50's as well. Bravo MiMi.

Probably the Fly like a bird issues was the Reason this NY's concert can't be official DVD of The Adventure of Mimi. Just like they didn't include the Fly like a bird video on Pepsi Concert 2006, cause Mariah had issues on singing it.
