Hey guys I love using Amsoil I e been with Amsoil for about 2 years now and I was wondering if you guys are in the market for 0w-8 oil?
Amsoil and EAO premium WIX filters for over 25 yrs. Amsoil signature Series gasoline oil and Amsoil 6X diesel oil for my diesels ..... Won't use anything else.
So synthetic/conventional blends are OK since they're engineered to work together? Just don't mix them yourself, correct? Thank you.
Yep synthetic blends were mixed a certain way not just some random mixing on the side of the road or in your garage.

Cost. Just either use full synthetic or conventional.

I feel the same way.
Cheapest oil goes in my 4.6 2v with 255k on it. Literally whatever I can find that is the cheapest. Every 3-4k miles.

After experiencing the benefits of AMSOIL for so many years, I don't know why you'd want to run any conventional. To each their own, though.
Conventional oil is obsolete, why do they still make it?
Because people still refuse to buy the only true synthetic oil out there Amsoil. The full synthetics aren't synthetic they are highly refined conventional molecules hydrogen saturated. True synthetic is never refined its made. Amsoil Signature Series the only 100% synthetic out there.

For older and/or classic cars
For my 09 Tacoma. A month ago I changed oil at Walmart. They're asked me what kind of oil change would you like? I told her that I wanted Standard Conventional oil change but they put Castro gtx Synthetic blend in my truck instead. They're said Castro Synthetic blend provide in the store" . Synthetic oil make the piston so slippery and when it warm its make the engine so stressful.
Classic cars with flat tappet cams need the zinc so you don't flatten camshaft lobes...
