Cierra is very bitter and controlling. Jordan should be able to get Kinsley without her being there. He better look up his rights and file for joint custody place himself on child support and call it a day
Great to see that your baby is back. Please learn your rights as a father. Unless you have been to court, and one parent has full custody, then it’s always 50/50. Don’t let nothing keep you away from your child regardless of what is going on as long as you are able to take good care of her while she is in your care and she is safe. Not saying this is you, but often times, fathers feel like they have no control or feel powerless, and while I don’t know Texas law, I’m sure it’s not too much different than most states. If boundaries and visitation can’t be set, then you go to court yourself and request it. Hopefully all is resolved and you can maintain a constant presence in her life, because she adores you.
I think Kinsley likes Jordan to sit down because he’s very tall. It’s good to talk to your kids on eye-level and interact with them.

She do seem as if she has to be there which is okay but if they aren't together he should definitely beable to pick his daughter up and spend time with her without the mom being present unless she deems his house as not safe its just arkward but im on the outside looking in ❤
