Hair is a big sensory issue for autistic children. Some kids will not let their parents touch their hair until they’re way older so make sure you just be patient with her.

I love how Jordan is always there for Ci and Kinsley. And he's right it's all about the baby. Love their relationship of parenting. They have come a long way on respecting each other period. Baby Kinsley is so pretty and she is growing so fast. They grow over night for real. Soon she will be going to school with a backpack on her back. ❤
You have to just do her hair if she cries so what no one has ever died from crying she’ll be just fine she does it because she sees it works but if you ignore it and just comb her hair she’ll eventually stop and carry on with it!!! You control her not the other way around!!!

My daughter is 3 with autism she use to hate when I do her hair and she has a lot of hair just like your daughter. I got the unbrush (Amazon, or TikTok) and a spray bottle and added some good leave in spray and put it in her hair and it was so easy to detangle her hair in sections because of the unbrush. She now lets me do her hair if I’m very gentle sometimes she does still cry but it easier getting her hair done with those products maybe you guys should give it a try I hope it works!!

I think that’s an autism thing. My son is the same about his hair. He will not let me brush, comb, or wash it.
Serious question, why did yall keep Kinsley on Formula so long she should’ve transitioned at 11 months to Regular whole milk and should’ve been eating real food mashed up….. and with autism hair is sensory so yall have to take it real slow have patience and give her a break during hair time if need

They are doing what’s best for her in the timing that’s best for her.
I’m sure whatever their reasons for keeping her on formula are doctor approved and what’s best for her. Some autistic children also have sensory processing disorder and that heavily affects their eating habits. It’s very possible they keep her on formula because she would not eat anything else of substance.
Also it’s really rude to say what she should or shouldn’t be doing at her age. Every kid moves at their own pace and some kids have milestone delays. Especially special needs kids. Educate yourself instead of expecting them to explain and justify everything they do as parents
