I'm around Deji's height and weight too and I look fat as shit. They basically made him be overweight to be able to fight Fousey. Target weight for people our height to look lean is like 140-150 which is what I'm aiming for in my weight loss journey.

I haven't seen much training footage from fousey. At least nothing that caught my attention. The thing I know about deji tho. He has power. And I'm in the middle about who's gonna win. if deji keeps on dodging and taking hits like last fight he'll lose on judge decision. But never judge a book by its cover. It's like saying a saxophone player who has a 10,000 dollar instrument is an amazing player because he has good and expensive equipment. Where in the end it all comes down to technique. I hope deji wins but between the two I really can't say who will win.
