Bolt by Bolt.. over 60 days. I nearly worked off my finger ends, and burned through 2 dremmels.
Fun times.

mine was a slightly later model with the hooter in the handlebar cowl.
sold it to the man I bought a 1966 Starstream from.
I wish I still had the Starstream.
