Great advice! Works when you finish residency as well. Finding a job that balances your work-life balance when you finish training is so important. I did private practice before stumbling upon the hidden gem of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Appreciative patients, no insurance companies to deal with, virtually unlimited time with the patients and tons of learning opportunities in a team approach that values your mental health as well. Have a great time in your third year of residency - was my favorite year!
