I am a Kenyan leaving in Germany and i came here through Family Frends and Now Sattled here. I used to Speak good Germany Language due to my Tourism Professional back home when i came here nothing was recognized i had to Start from A. visiting German classes From B to C level. I didn't want to Study just wanted to learn a Professional. I Started looking for (Ausbildung) that means official accredited Training and i was 29 Years Old went to college with 19 -21 Years boys and Girls for 3 Years Thanks God i did it passed the Exams As a Hotel Industry Expert and after 2 Years i Started further Studies online and did Food and Bevarage Management. Learning while working for another 2 1/2Years. Now i belive that hard works pays.Today Working for the Best Hotel Company in Europe. So be sure that you can achive alot but you must realy be a hardworking person. Many Friends were calling me mjinga Cause they were Working and earn more money than i. But many of them are employed as non Professionals so they payment is much lower than someone who went to College according to Labor rules of Germany. As my family frends told me now you are moving to a City Life is expensive you need a part time jobs to earn pocket money. 2 days College for the Theo. 3days 8 hours in Hotel for Practical during my of days Working. So belive in God and your self, follow your on way
😢😢😢😢this is what I have been thinking to do.. Ah you've just d added more hopes to my dreams... Currently am working as a maid in Saudi to get the air ticket.. Thanks for sharing ❤❤❤❤
Wow, what a hustle,my German is not good but I thank God I have a job in a good hotel in Germany. This has made me believe that sometimes when God says your time to move to the next level is here, no one can stop it.
Congratulations. Now onto the specific topic. I personally don't subscribe to the pressure of Social Media and compare myself to anyone. I try to encourage and motivate rather than make anyone feel inadequate. But I will never put that kind of pressure on myself.
If can just see the way I'm mobilising people to subscribe to your Chanel mum, utafikiria Mimi ndio mwenyewe...but anything to do with my fellow woman always comes my first priority. Much love jaber,
Just found your channel yesterday and have been watching nonstop since. You are a wonderful storyteller, funny, entertaining and inspiring. Please do a video on your experience with the host family you stayed with for 4 years. What did you learn about yourself/other people during that period? How did it equip you with finding the ropes while living in the country? what were some challenges you faced, and how did you overcome them? I would love to know more about this period in your life. Thank you, and keep the videos coming!! :) ❤️
Congratulations on 20k subscribers! I am waiting for 1m subs! Just to clarify the point about social work and personal support work - there is a huge difference between the two. I am sure you meant the latter. In North America, they are call Personal Support Workers (PSW). Even in the UK (lived there) and many of the countries you mentioned, they are called PSWs. Social work requires a minimum of a four-year degree -Bachelor of Social Work and goes up to Phd level! We are mental health/addictions,counselors ,family and individual therapists, lecturers, we work in social policy, etc. PSW on the other hand, help individuals with what is called in the industry, "activities of daily living" or ADL. This distinction is important because if people google social work, the requirements will be very different from those of a personal support worker. One only requires a six-month to one year diploma (depending on the school) once you get to your destination country. Those who work without a certificate are paid less and in Canada, you have to have a PSW certificate unless you are working for a private home, like you said.
In Germany swirry its social work. Soziales Arbeit. You see why i insist on talking what I know? referring to the country or s am conversant with? Hapa Europe anything based on volunteer is social work. After volunteering they can do them degrees and diplomas. Bottom line, #Chance🙏🏾
@@ProudChocolateOriginal Yawa to koro condenscending tone (the minute you said "swirry" made it so) to koro awinjo why ka anbe ne awacha wacha my two cents? I am not opposed to what you're saying I understand that and that is why I also emphasized the difference as I know it here in Canada and also in the UK. It is for clarification for those who want to come here...so they know exactly what the job entails. I feel that an informed decision is crucial. You know how human beings can start complaining when they do not themselves do due diligence. Just saying...
I agree with you Kabisa ! Proud chocolate To be honest , anyone with a phone na iko connected to the internet , the WORLD IS your oyster!! Find your path with God’s guidance. .also best option for those without much experience in any job, au pair/nanny, college(learn English, German etc), social worker/Carer, easy peasy, only that know HOW to answer the immigration question boldly. Some families on au pair asked a lady for money , watch out for scammers, ukitafuta nanny/au pair , let them pay for your fare.
