What was hiding in these ETB's from my sealed collection?!

Ripping into a Fusion Strike and a Lost Origin ETB from my sealed collection. It's always good to open one ETB to get the sleeves and book for the set, but are they worth it after that? Do they have good pull rates? It's been hit or miss for me, but let's find out!
