  • “Kids these days are pretty freaking amazing. They are hard workers. They are supportive, inclusive. They are really positive.” -Autumn Yost, Co-owner of Triple River CrossFit
Under the wing of coach and co-owner of Triple River CrossFit Brock Yost, six Games hopeful teens threw down at the Pit Fitness Ranch in Three Rivers, Michigan, for the virtual Age-Group Quarterfinal.
The teen athletes - Andrea Bell, Miguel Buzza Roo, Brynn Cupp, Erica Schryer, Blake Vandenbrink, and Ethan Rosenberg - hit PRs, overcame challenges, worked hard, and played hard, all while encouraging, inspiring, and uplifting each other every step of the way.
Celebrate the successes of the Pit teens. Get an inside look at their Quarterfinal weekend and find out what makes the Pit Fitness Ranch such a special place.

I hope you're instilling HUMILITY not incessant self obsession and selfies and self importance here at this gym, but service to humanity and looking out for others. Seems like a fair amount of self focus, "look at me" and incessant focus on self. I heard over and over people talking about "me" and "I".
Definitely could be worse communities and activities for kids to be involved in.

“Rather than being critical of one another, may we have the pure love of Christ for our fellow travelers through this journey we call life.”
I wish you well sir. So would every child in this video because they are all good humans down to their very souls

Knowing the owners of this gym and some of the kids in this video I can assure you the people you see in this video do not lack humility. These kids come from a variety of backgrounds and are coached, led, and provided a space by those who have served their communities sacrificially for years. What you're seeing in this video is nothing short of excited kids, excited coaches, and confident self-expression of what their bodies are capable of. Kids today deal with quite a bit of harsh criticism already. The world constantly reminds them they are "coddled", "have it easy", or a "too consumed with technology". Here is a video showcasing kids willfully choosing to be healthy, engaging in positive community, and challenging themselves to strengthen their minds, body, and spirit.
Your comment does not provide any constructive thought but a vague hypothetically analysis. I feel bad for the kids who are so excited to see their hard work showcased have to see your comment and internally doubt if what they are even doing is good or worthwhile.
I hope that before you made such comments you had some experience around any of these people and if not, I know they would welcome you in with open arms. Let these kids enjoy their hard work. They are going to be the future leaders, the future coaches, and the friends you want because of the community they cultivate.
Keep it up Youngbloods! You guys lead by example. You guys inspire more than you know!

lol how about you stop judging before you know our lives out of crossfit. most of us all do sports out of this and crossfit probably makes us more conditioned than any other sport and takes lots of skill just like an other sport maybe even more.

Team sports only support the top players, everyone else is just a spectator...
