Are these settings to help it make the ice cream colder? Can you explain what these setting should be used for? Sometimes my machine works great for 4 hours and then it stops and makes it runny. Can you offer me any suggestions so everything is more consistent?

Bro can i ask my scream machine here is indicate in the panil LOW tem protection. The setting of temperature of cylinder is -10 what is the exact bro so that avoid indicate low temp protect
