- "Whistler Local" Is a term that gets tossed around alot, but there actually aren't many who can say that they are actually from there. Jesse Melamed now bases out of Squamish, but his knowledge of trails around the Sea To Sky region of Western Canada is deep. Turning the trails here into his own private training ground is a fairly easy task given their rough and demanding nature but for Jesse it's all about linking it all together.

Couldn’t agree more. I can watch this level of riding, full mash all day long. Vital Raw can also produce this sometimes. Crazy seeing pro riders push a tech trail to the max!
If you rode those trails, you'd find plenty of gaps to make you smile. You don't have to be the fastest rider in the world to have a good time in the $EA2$KY. Just bring your ViSa.

Again. Hate to see it. Not a single mention about the filmer or editor. I guess Jesse filmed it himself. Shame on you SRAM and all the other brands that never mention the creator of all the art that we enjoy.
That's because he's paid. The video is from SRAM. SRAM pays, SRAM takes the credits.
@@IamHopersOf course he’s paid. I know that. But that doesn’t mean he shouldn’t be mentioned at the end. It’s just like with movies. Everyone that has some part in a movie, whether it’s filming, acting or just preparing the set, they will be mentioned at the end. Why so? Because they are the ones that made it and deserve to be seen and appreciated. It doesn’t make sense to not mentioning a creator just because he got paid.
Do you see it in Nike commercials? Olympics edits and interviews? I do agree that small people need the credit but what if it was all done in house (SRAM)?
That’s true. But that’s exactly why I am writing about it. I think that everyone should be mentioned at the end, but it is what it is. I mean it’s non of my bussiness at the end. The filmers are probably fine with it. They mentioned them on IG, so it’s ok. I was just wondering ehy they don’t mention the modt inportant people.
