This one means a lot to me!
Spending hours and hours alone waiting to see a bear, hiking in the woods laughing with your friends packed up with gear, or waiting for the right moment when the river valley begins to shine and show her beauty. I wanted each shot to be difficult and have a story behind them. I wanted to make something beautiful to share with the world. I hope you enjoy.
Thank you to everyone involved. To start with an idea and see it come to life is extremely exciting for me. Then add all the great memories along the way...

I'm 2 years late... but I want to say that everyone involved with this video should know the work they did is just incredible, like absolutely amazing from the riding all the way down to audio... the mic placement and the camera angles, the nature shots and music. perfect.

As you said, great patience. In a world that's constantly pushing the pace faster and faster. It's really refreshing to take a step back and appreciate things from a different perspective. I dig how the MTB community as a whole seems to put such an emphasis on cinematography and b roll. It really creates a cohesive story and I personally get really invested in.

These travellings were probably made with a cable cam. A camera mounted on a stabiliser which is itself mounted on a motor on a cable. If you like, other projects exist with this technology and the latest Commencl documentary shows how it works.
