Today I will share with you an ultra-simple method of steaming cakes. You don’t need to separate the eggs or beat the eggs. Just stir and steam them for 10 minutes. I added lemon juice to remove the fishy eggs. Taste, soft and sweet, children say it is very delicious, I highly recommend it for everyone to try!
Eggs 3
Lemon juice 6g(2tsp)
White sugar 50g(1/4cup)
Corn oil 25g(2tbsp)
Cake flour 75g(1/2cup)
Baking powder 3g(3/4tsp)

柠檬汁 6克（2小勺）
白糖 50克（1/4杯）
玉米油 25克（2大勺）
低筋面粉 75克（1/2杯）
泡打粉 3克（3/4小勺）

太香甜可口了， 我用了all purpose面粉，都黏在一起，不成糊，加了点牛奶就成糊了，怕不发起来，加了6克泡打粉，蒸了15分钟，其余都没变， 非常成功。感谢上传，这个这么好吃，我家以后肯定会常做了。这是继完成了牛奶小面包后的第二个学习。牛奶小面包我已经每次都成功了。 每周做两次， 孩子很吃不够的。还能夹各种东西， 做成汉堡包。非常感谢，继续学习。越来越喜欢做了。

您可以使用普通面粉，但取出一些面粉并用玉米粉代替，您会得到低筋面粉. 60gm +15gm

I tried to make these yummy steamed cup cakes today. I used all purpose flour and adjusted the baking powder to 1.5 tsp plus adding 4 tsp organic almond milk to the batter (based on Maria's sharing). I used three large eggs and the final batter was 325 ml. Two 4" round pans and steamed at medium/high heat for 12 minutes. Great results. I can't wait to try more Helly's recipes. good day!!! i tried ur recipe and the procedure but i noticed that the 10 minutes at high heat steaming didnt not able to cook the very middle of the cake (using a ramekin for moulding) because when i unmoulded the bread from the ramekin the fluid flowed out (btw, i did a toothpick test) so i steamed again the other for another 20 minutes though i reduced the heat to medium-high heat...another thing i noticed (not only in this recipe but also in other recipes i had tried) the half lower part of the bread became densier (gummy-like texture) so when it cooled the upper portion was fluuffy but the lower portion was a gummy-like.

第一次做，除了蛋糕有点蛋腥味，其他非常成功，回头看了视频，原来是自己少放了柠檬汁去腥，👍
如果不喜欢蛋腥味一定要放两小勺柠檬汁，我试过放一勺还是有味，放两勺就没有了，非常好吃。
