-------------
In this clip, Danny Trejo further speaks on his decorated acting career, one of which was 'Con Air' that he recalls filming with every wannabe tough guy in Hollywood. Additionally, he mentions that often times when he boards an airplane the pilot will reference the film, while noting that he's also remembered for roles that he played in films like "The Replacement Killers," "Reindeer Games," "Anchorman" and even "Spy Kids." Later on, Trejo speaks to what it was like to land his first starring role in "Machete," an opportunity that finally came after 25 years in the industry. - Zábava
Can't be happier for him. He's been grinding forever!
Anthony Finley after hearing this interview being at the bottom and hitting it big, I’m really happy for him.
He started his career at 41 yrs old, he was living a movie before he started acting in them.
@Nice Shot They've both looked 50 for the past 30 years
@Julien Lefebvre the truth is Samuel Jackson isn't quite suited for action films unlike Trejo who is born to play villains or heroes.
@Julien Lefebvre that's not an action role
Danny Trejo has good energy and is hilarious.
Pete Sinatra God is good
Yes. God is Good
Danny Trejo should play a villain in the Expendables 4.
I love how quickly he goes from a laugh to that strange look where he tilts his head down and looks straight at vlad.
yea i think it's mainly because vlad isn't physically there and he needs to focus to hear him clearly.
First time I've ever seen anybody else noticed that and comment about it.
@@Momo7O7 I seen it so much it started to bother me a bit lol
@@aceofpittsburgh Bothers me too hahah, reminds me of "Kanye West ".
After he makes a remark about a movie he expects Vlad to ask further but Vlad moves on to the next question
25 years to get a Starring role!
Patience is a virtue 💪
This man was born in the 40s...Patience now, is 3 Business Days 😂
Vlad, you made a mistake rushing him along. You should have just let him talk as long as he wanted. It's all gold.
TexicanMr he not stupid he doing that so he can bring him back soon
All his roles in his movies will live on forever solid career Danny looks like he lives a great life.....
Fr
The Lack of Blood In Blood Out
Questions is KILLIN ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW, I was thinking the same thing. It's like his brain switches so fast.

Yea it's funny
Habits from the streets 😂 You never wanna be the guy that laughs too long

Drop The Whole Interview VLAD! Quit Playing Bruh! Lol
Lmao Im Saying Bro!
Vlad's giving us this interview in rations...☺
CHUCKY _903 stfu you know how he works
He's so humble and nice, I love this interview.
Geronimo is true to his word. When I had the privilege of working on Sons of Anarchy, Danny made it a point to say hi to everyone. He’s a cool dude.
Why haven't they made a documentary/movie/series about this man's life yet!!??
There is it’s called Champion .
I just realized by watching this interview with this amazing man I totally took him for granted. I’ve watched many of his movies but now I just want to binge watch the others
He seems like the happiest dude around lol
Spent early years in jail will make u appreciate life more
Yea he been at the bottom now he’s on top, more power to this man. Proof that you can make anything happen.
Once upon a time in Mexico was my favorite 🤠! Danny showed me this lesson, Rule #1 Never quit no matter how bad it Is. And rule #2 it's never too late.
He has had a long lasting acting career.
And he only started when he was 41!
He's had a long life period lol jk
Carlos Lopez you ain’t lying tho he’s 74 and doesn’t even look like it lmao
He mentioned Benny the Jet Urquiez? Awesome! Benny the Jet is probably most famous for possibly the greatest 1 on 1 action sequences of all time with Jackie Chan in Wheels on Meals and Dragons Forever. Classics
Classic for sure!!
His pronunciation threw me off. It took me awhile to connect the dots when he mentioned John Cusack's Sensei, then I remembered Benny Urquidez starred with Cusack in Grosse Point Blank and was his trainer and fight director.
Mad respect for Danny. He made all the films he was in better. He was even in the video game Def Jam Fight for NY. Still a favorite. 😎👍
And even for the 30 seconds he was in the Mobb Deep "Got It Twisted" video was still classic Trejo
RIP Prodigy...
Danny Trejo & Prodigy were tough to beat on Def Jam FFNY, frfr
They should have gotten Danny Trejos to do a part in John Wick
Zombie Rusty Shackleford yes could have made him a continental owner in Mexico
Still a possibility. We need that John Wick Chapter 4
Indeed!!! Maybe he'll be in Part 4, he can be Lawrence FIshburne Secret Weapon since he's Pissed now! lol
@@YakThaWiseman72 that would be freaking awesome!!
He would have to be helping out John Wick, it wouldn't look right John Wick kicking his ass.
This dude is the poster guy for perseverance!!!
Okay nooooo one is going to mention the fact that Trejo laughs and then stop looks serious and gives this look like I wonder if you believe me! LMFAO damn this became a normal show now
HEY CHARLES omg that was hilarious 😹
Kanye vibes
Hell yeah.. Stone Cold killer eyes
This comment is hilarious hahahah.
“I wonder if you believe me” 🤣🤣🤣
Danny a legend
Man, Trejo's so lucky. He's worked with the most beautiful women in Hollywood! Salma, J Lo, Charlize & Alba! 4 of my top 5! 😂 Awesome interview Vlod.

@@tcb9775 haha hell yeah if you really think about it🤔he low-key tried to save they lives wen he was telling them that at the time if they just would of been like ok let's go guys all would have been good for them😃
@@BatmanPops if they did that, we wouldn't have a good movie to watch. C'mon man lol
@@Dj_SLuRRR317 I know I just was putting it out there LoL😂
Wrong actor Danny Trejo wasn't in from duck till dawm
Danny just wants to tell stories and vlad keeps moving it along to quick
@B T lmao
@B T VLAD the kind of guy who pays for a free lunch
That’s true, very annoying.
And doesn’t even laugh at his funny stories
He was in Breaking Bad too!!! Turtle 🐢 🤣🤣🤣
Sons of anarchy too
He was funny in King of the Hill as Enrique.
One of the few great actors who puts the art of acting over celebrity. A class act.
Danny: funny story about movie X
Vlad: cool, change subject
Danny: funny story about movie Y
Vlad: cool, change subject

75 years old with great energy 💪🏽
Man, if I'm half as cool as this guy when I'm 70, I'll be one happy sob.

The first role I ever remember seeing Danny Trejo in was Bubble Boy w/ Jake Gyllenhaal lol
El Mariachi the original Desperado
Blood in blood out, never knew he had other movies till Machete came out
Could do a movie on this mans life, him starting of in crime the going to prison being the WW and LW champ in every institution he went In to,then getting on the straight an narrow, sounds like a brilliant movie to me 💯
Give it time
They already made a great full-length documentary about him.

Now he dont but he did heroin and drank for years
I always loved danny's work. He shows up performes but doesnt try to be to high on himself😊😊
Man I love this guys charisma. So great when he tells a joke laughs at it then puts on a serious face as he waits for your full reaction. Lol. Good soul this man.
As a Mexican American. I'm happy for his success. Proud of you brother. Si se puede! 🇺🇸 🇲🇽

@@Pewpewpew1991 these people man 😑
Terrible terrible brand. 🤢🤮🤮
Much respect Danny!
If I would ever see Danny on the streets I'd probably AFFECTIONALLY call him "Geronimo," and if I'd ever see him on a flight, I'd call him "Johnny 23".
Yo Danny you’re such an inspiration my brother I can listen to you all night. You made my day big Bro. God Bless You Hermano.
Im glad he brought up spy kids that was the first movie i saw him in and he did great
Danny Trejo is EASILY one (if not the ONLY) of the only dudes Vlad has interviewed who is TRULY deserving of the title OG! He was around while things were things were just beginning and then lived through some of the most hardcore moments in gang history!
Danny is a great interview
Uncle Machete is the 1st time I seen Trejo. Awesome role
Makes me want to go and watch some of his movies I love this guy

Danny Trejo is the MAN! Love that guy!
His list of films is epic!! I love this guy I wanted to be him when i was a kid! a vest full of knives and a sick tattoo of a chica on his belly absolutely crazy!
His memory is impeccable!!!
I loved all the Bad Ass movies!
The Devils rejects was an awesome movie

I liked Danny Trejo in The Devils Rejects, I'm hoping to see more from him in Rob Zombies newest film 3 from Hell.

Trejo adds spice to every movie he's in
Loved him in Halloween!
This guy is a legend enough said........
Loved him in Machete.
His little giggle 😂
Really enjoyed this interview, well done Vlad !
Danny Trejo is a work horse - 382 acting credits ( source : IMDB). Without a doubt my number 1 bad guy in the movies.
He comes across as a really nice guy tho , bet it's great fun to have a beer with him and share some laughs .
Looking forward to "Machete Kills in Space "....hope it happens soon
Waiting for these clips like crack head 1 day 2 a day keep em coming vlad. The Michael francheze clips were good too
If he talking about Benny “the jet”? He right! You ain’t want no smoke wit him back then or probably still to this day. JohnCusack has legit been a pupil of his since the 80’s. Alotta movie star have behind close doors learned how to fight and don’t even look it
The jet also trained Dave Mustaine
I love this guy he's the real deal
All the movies he been in are good. Bad Ass and Bad Asses was hilarious!
"nobody played pranks on me"...laughs ans still face after hahahaahah
Con air had dave Chapelle to!!!!
I watched that plane fly over Vegas for hours with 2 military choppers behind it back in 97.
Great guy
