*No lie though, on a more serious note, FOMO has gotten me into food addiction, overspending, over-analyzing every single situation, and decision paralysis in so much anxiety and depression it's not even funny. Honest to God, this is something that I'm working on and I am improving myself every single day through small tasks. It's not easy to get over, but I want people to realize how debilitating it is to have fomo.*

I started pacing back and forth, being all depressing and stuff, and I kept repeating dialogue so I could confront them, I was like, *You know what? I don't need her,* (the host of the sleepover was my only friend) *I have so many other friends,* then started crying because I was overthinking the situation, and ended up finding out all of my enemy's were there. I think the fear of missing out for me was attending school from preschool to college and work. if i miss a day...that I'd be missing out on something learnt or the fear of not doing a good job at work no matter how sick I am and have to be off work.
