No joke this happened to my Titanic model i had its prob because i forget about things i have and my mom mistakes a model of a ship for trash Probably beacuse i have a model on my table for 1 year half done ( not painted)
Impressive job, just 2 things that bother me: 1) The plane is flying without pilots :) 2) If the dauntless is dive bombing, the bomb rack should swing out so the bomb clears the propeller when it drops. (Maybe you mentioned this in your video, I had to watch it with sound off...)
Love seeing the creativity folks have with 3D printers and it inspires me to be creative myself. Very nice work on this model! I enjoyed watching the whole build.
Amazing creativity! Your weathering and detail work alone on the dive bomber and carrier models is impressive enough, but the ocean texturing and forced perspective photography to create the illusion of depth is commendable. Great job, keep it up! 👏🏽👏🏽
I bought the 1/48 SBD-3 Dauntless from Academy and the boxart was of that scene with the Dauntless diving on the Akagi. Exact same position of the plane and ship.
Incredible effort & results. The Dauntless, a fun build. But, the carrier is a might tedious. Spectacular though in look. I also amaze over the true facts of Japanese anti aircraft fire that was color dyed per ship so each knew their shots from the others. Creating a spectacle in itself. Fun fact.
F22 should do the trick but to be sure blow up the pic and look at the edges. I would go with an f28 if you have the ability increase your ISO a bit and if need be increase your light. Now for realistic, use natural lighting and use a gold reflector for warmth. That should really give you a realistic look

@@MadLeo85 you still could’ve worded it more constructively, saying something looks bad when you’ve got little to no experience on the subject really makes you look stupid, and as someone on the East coast I can confirm that the ocean doesn’t look that different from the was it’s shown here, saying bad job does nobody any good
Excellent work. I had a model of the Akagi once, but I left it in the same room as a model of the Enterprise, and the next day it was gone.
@Luciana Rotty it made me giggle...
Akagi wanted to be alone.
Because Enterprise didn't want to be Akagi 's sweat heart.
Lol...THAT was well played!
@Aiden A bad one. Yes.

Many thanks, I have enjoyed your video and build.

Very Very Good Hands and Picture Development....A+....🙂🤙

Very detailed scale kits, tremendous skill in building technique, museum quality results.
I love the coffee scene!
Bro cool stuff please post more
Most excellent, you even custom built a sanding block to hit the wing joints! That's going the extra mile.

Pretty slick!
Outstanding work. Does the kit come with the option for canopy open?
Nice work! How many days did you spend on it?
Nice work...what did you use for the antenna wire?
nice work.!
Very nice

Hello! What is that small clear plastic thing called that is holding up the Japanese plane taking off?
How far away from the carrier is the aircraft positioned? Thanks

Can you tell where to buy this models as I wanted to make it
i noticed there were no aircrew to go with the Dauntless . why is that.?
That little sanding block is genius. Do you sell them? I don't have a 3D printer.
You can make one out of wood quite easily. Or buy one at most any craft or hobby shop, or home depot
all great!......except the back ground music, I suggest to diversify it!
Where did u buy that i really wanted to make an sbd dauntless dive bomber
That is meant to be scale not time in video
Show off😆
Water doesn't look real. Bad job.
Like you could do even half as good, the water is realistic
@@Sgt-lott10 nope. Water non realistic look.
