Hays Coleman yes. Her suit is two parts. The “outer” power suit and the “inner” zero suit. The zero suit is linked with the power suit allowing samus to take “summon” the suit as shown in the ending of prime 2, parts of Metroid prime 3, and parts of Metroid other M.

I believe the first three Metroid games don't care if you got 100% items, just how fast you finished.
I dunno if later games ever went back to it, but Fusion and Zero Mission combined time and items, while the Prime Trilogy only went for items, while also unlocking additional bonus galleries for Logbook completion.
Also you missed Metroid Prime Hunters and Federation Force.
(I know, we don't talk about Fed Force, but Shiromi covered Other M, and we hate that one too)
