Did you consider incorporating your portfolio via s162 incorporation relief?

Yes that’s one of the option but my accountant didn’t register myself and wife as partner so need to wait 3 years again

@@harveygrowthproperties If you own properties jointly with your wife by 'de facto' you are already running a partnership so you can go ahead and incorporate. Get a second opinion. Incorporation has taught that accountants are not created equal
