Written instructions should have been pictures. Family call me to assemble there flat pack furniture and I cam do it very quickly but this takes the cake. Even idea like pictures would have help a ton. I watched the video and being on my phone doing the pause rewind thing to make sure it's the correct orientation was alot more work than simple pictures. If you want to avoid store returns at your local hd might wanna do a revision.
Totally agree with this assessment. Absolutely no reason for these lousy instructions in this day and age. Just put pictures in the dang manual.

This is good! Too bad I didn't have it last week! 🙂 Ryobi products are well designed and a great value. I have an embarrassingly large collection of them. However, the manuals are... not great. Words are the wrong way to explain how to assemble and use a product. Take a look at any IKEA product that needs assembly, THAT is the way to do a manual. Pictures are worth a 1000 words, and Ryobi manuals have 937 words where a single, well-designed (as your products are!) diagram would go a lot further that copious confusing confounding words. 😛
Mine just came via UPS and I WAS SO EXCITED! BUT the box had obvously been opened and there is no assembly guide!

I would like to purchase one but my issue is I would use it to rip plywood cut 2 bys and the work would cut this bench up and I don't want that
Change the hardware to remove the screwdriver from the frame assembly.
1:05. Which bolt? There are many of different sizes. Instructions don’t tell you which ones go where. Arggghhhhhhh.
I bought one and it didn't come with instructions. The downloadable instructions only contained the cover page. That's why I'm here. Easy enough once you have the instructions.

Thank you for this video. In my 63 years of living I have assembled many items. The instructions that came for this work bench ranks as one of the worst.
Horrible instructional video. You could have at least done some pausing and close-ups to show which bolts and which holes. And the written instructions have no diagrams? And why are we using Phillips screw heads on bolts in the first place??

Do you guys hate me? Is it something I did cuz the box didn't come with instructions and then I watched this video which has more close-up shots than a bad anime show. I have no idea which screws to use. You go through it so fast like you just don't want us to hear it
