Entebbe Passenger extortion - UCAA to investigate its security and shame extortionists

- Civil Aviation Authority has apologized to the general public over videos circulating on social media showing some security officers extorting money from the passengers to give them access hence missing flights.
Civil Aviation Authority says some officers have been arrested over the incident.
Am really humbled that atleast today the immigration office has heard our cries bse we have been suffering alot while traveling from Entebbe
Those thugs steal our things from our bags in cargo handling rooms and they have cctv cameras, corruption is so entangled at the airport that it's almost impossible to tell who is not corrupt.
Those are the harvest of having one leader for 35 years. Corruption every where. All neighboring countries are developing but only Uganda is stagnant. It seems like Kenya,Rwanda and Tanzania are 200 hundred years ahead of Uganda. Yet Uganda used to look better these countries. Very shameful. I feel like crying.

This is life in Uganda but, now everyone has a camera on their phone. It's not just at the airport, it's every agency in the country. No money no service!!!!

We are being asked to pay money for extra 1-3kg. If extra 1kg is a problem why do the Airport staff don't want people to give it to their relatives instead they are the one taking it.I have experience this many times.

They have been aware just try to defend there selves
Some staffs in the immigration cabins have a tendance of intimidating us with calling to us police if we don't give them money or if we don't leave their cabins more especially to the people who are having visas from Uganda to another country. This happened to me in 2017 and 2019.
For this civil aviation employee woman called *Ms. Burungi* ,she is so impulsive and fully corrupted!
In some quarters, her resolution of fixating the: *robbery, rapes, other malefactors* at *Entebbe- Chinese Airport* included a statement that:
*As u continue to (expose) the evils, at this Airport also think of the name... (Uganda)!*
Howbeit, most of her words weren't verbatim or were implicit that excerpt.
But all that shows that for her (Uganda) comes after her : buccal cavity's , stomach's, alimentary canal's appetites are satisfied! On a grand scale, that was the most unfortunate, nugatory, repugnant utterance the World would expected from an (administrator) at the Airport, where many indigenous Ugandans have been extorted, afflicted for years and years!

However, y'all know why she did say so, bcz:
1. She has to placate her bosses, particularly the dictator, junta, sponsor of all the corruption in Uganda! That way she can keep the gig, or the office.
2. Again, She sounds dupable/wet behind the ears/ gullible/naive...bzc her definition of the noun (Uganda) has no regards for the Ugandans! Yet, the primal component of any Country is its fellas or we the people!
If you cared for our reputation those in charge would have disguised themselves as passengers in different flights to find out where the discrepancy and corruption practices are , it was the Mercy of God to send colonel Musisi to be treated roughly to expose those who ashamed our Country and our Airport ,let it be a lesson to those who will be employed and those in charge .
I had bad experience in entebe. Immigration staff asked me $100 or else they will not let me leave the country.
