✨In this sound bath, we will be focusing on the 7 energy points that make up the Third Eye Chakra:
•Pineal Gland
•Left Eye
•Right Eye
•Left Ear
•Right Ear
•Face
•Sinuses
✨
Some have defined these energy centers as their own 'minor' chakras associated with the Third Eye ‘primary' chakra.
✨
In this practice, we will focus on each of these areas, cleansing, clearing and re-balancing them with specific frequencies. I've personally interpreted their representation in vibration form in the list below:
💜The 432Hz Tibetan singing bowl (note A) represents the the ears and our auditory system.
💜The 221Hz Venus Third Eye tuning fork represents the Pineal Gland.
💜The 3540Hz Venus Third Eye chime represents your entire face.
💜 the 432Hz the crystal singing bowl (note A) represents the eyes and the optical system.
💜And lastly, the 432Hz Sound Tube represents the Primary Third Eye Chakra.

By aligning all 6 of these minor chakras with the primary chakra, we allow any blockages to clear. Remember to take time to focus on each energy point individually during this sound bath to will allow for release and clearing to take place.

When your Third Eye chakra feels balanced and aligned you will have a greater sense of Intuition and Trust. This will open doors for you, allow you to see with clarity and trust your intuition. I hope you feel a deep resonance with this sound bath.

Apologies for the long message, Travis, but I hope you get to see it. I loved this video and the breakdown of the third eye chakra; it's all such useful information, especially after one sound lesson video. I left a comment but had to sleep. You corrected me; it was note C you advised as the starting bowl, not D, in a previous video, thanks for the correction. The day after, it hit me hard, "I'M GOING TO BE a sound bath Artist/Healer." It makes so much sense. Music has always been a part of me and such a help; some of it touches my soul in an unexplainable way. Now, after over two years of awakenings and learning, resonating with your work so much, it has helped me a lot emotionally and spiritually, even experiencing brief enlightenment four or five times, once quickly leaving my body! I'm leaving out a lot, but it's the most motivation I've felt for anything in a long time, apart from my motivation for learning and striving to become fully activated, astral travel, connecting with Higher Self, etc. You once said that your tuning and bowls need to be pitch-perfect because a slightly off bowl and you hear it. I know I'll be the same as I'm so similar with sound. To get a set is not cheap, but I WILL GET THERE. From the bottom of my BEing, THANK YOU so much, and now I've also got a purpose; I'm so excited. I've been clean for years, but depression was still a problem, and anxiety, but with my tools and understanding, it's getting much better.Im much beter an still working on this, but seeing how you are, with others and seeing your true authenticity and how you still work on yours fears for example and show love and kindness to others so easily, which isent always easy, has truly inspired me. I can't play instruments, but with your help videos on the basics, I know I will flow the bowls lol. I've always picked up on vibrations from a young age, empathically, now I understand it. I think everything has possibly brought me to this. You and your team have helped me in so many different ways; it's unbelievable. I feel you could be part of my soul family, who knows, right? Maybe even my cat in one life or brother in another. You are one of many of us who are the reason this channel was made in the first place, I can drive a commercial vehicle but I can't do this so I'll attest to the fact that this requires high levels of strength, discipline and sacrifice of which I lack too much of all 3 to be able to offer such a session.
I have a quartz singing bowl and a few others, my arms turn to jello after about 30 minutes.

I am so grateful for this powerful session. When I began meditating multiple times a day in 2018 I found my way after using guided meditations to music frequencies in addition to binaural beats. I fell in love the vibrations I would first feel throughout my body Abd then ultimately the place it would take my mind. I would call these sensations my bliss vibes. I’ve still been meditating, but have not gotten my bliss vibes in a while. This video brought bliss vibes back into my reality and I am so very grateful. I have constant pressure and energy in my third eye and top right of the crown. Will this help? I've had it since I overdid reiki 3 years ago and I struggle to find ways to clear and ground daily.
As far as I understand, this is a common symptom of intense spiritual practice. Often, when someone overdoes a spiritual practice without taking care of staying grounded, there is too much energy that flows into the third eye and crown chakra, which causes an excessive blockage.
I advise you to do less things that are considered as "spiritual" (such as reiki) and instead find ways to incorporate the earthly and material as spiritual practices. Try to work on balancing your chakras by listening to frequencies related to the three lower chakras, especially the root chakra. Go on long walks in nature, do exercise and touch objects that have textures that you love, as ways to connect with the physical and clear the ground.

Yeah things like this don't play well on my phone anymore, alhough they used to. I've dropped my phone several times and now the speaker sounds strange. But they still sound good to me if I turn the volume very low for sleep 😊
