- ❤️There are 5 energy points that make up the Root chakra.
✨In this sound bath we will tap into each of these minor chakras with 5 specific frequencies.
✨Our lowest minor chakras are those centered in each foot, known as the foot chakras.
These are our strongest points of grounding energy and represent our connection to the earth.
❤️This is a Wolf-Moon Tibetan singing bowl with a 128Hz frequency.
✨This is paired with the symphonic gong which generates an ultra-low 70Hz frequency.
Together, these are 2 of the lowest frequencies and represent the foot chakras.
❤️The 3rd and 4th minor root chakras are located in the back of each knee.
✨These energy points are said to control your direction and momentum in life as well as your flexibility in a physical sense and the way you approach life.
✨The crystal singing bowl to the right is a lower root bowl with a 128Hz frequency.
Paired with the 194Hz tuning fork, these frequencies represent the knee chakras.
❤️Lastly, the 257Hz crystal singing bowl to the left represents the entire root.
✨Aligning all 4 minor chakras with the primary chakra and allowing any blockages to clear.

I was told yesterday about 'Extraordinary Vessels' acupuncture, which addresses the sea of chi (as in kidney meridian?) in order to work on all other problems. I was buying flower essences in a local highly attuned apothecary store, and the manager shared this info with me... so I pass it on to you.
This may be a style of acupuncture which numerous people practice around the world? I don't know. The info I was given is Brightwater Wellness, in Western North Carolina, US.

In 2012 I had surgery to remove a bone spur underneath the toes of my left foot. The doctor's original plan was to enter through the top of my foot. When I awoke from surgery, she had changed the plan without my knowledge or consent, and cut into the bottom of my foot. The resulting scar tissue has been more debilitating than the initial issue. It pushes up between the second and third toe, creating an immense amount of pain and difficulty walking. I now have arthritis in all my toes, including the right foot, from compensatory damage. I work on my feet, and this has been devastating to me. Lately I have been doing all I can to unbind the muscular contractures created by these problems. The moment these bowls began to sing, I felt the vibration straight into the injured area of my left foot. After a few minutes, I began to feel it in the right foot, as well. I deeply thank you. You have accomplished more in 5 minutes than all my doctors over the last 10 years combined.

Wow. You described my life exactly. And I am 63. My nighttime dreams are almost always about houses. Some are repeating themes in my dreams. I ended my 30 year marriage in which we struggled for decades to pay our mortgage, losing our second one to bankruptcy and nearly losing our third one because of his addictions. I have moved constantly ever since. Never felt at home anywhere my entire life. Never felt welcomed anywhere or like I owned a place to lay my head that was stable, secure and peaceful. Got my real estate license and started working my tail off to finally purchase a small but intentionally very solid house. I’m now trying to sell the tiny house I bought for myself three years ago to live in. It’s been a hard, slow process but I’ve focused on the creative and joyful parts like landscaping, painting, interior design, etc. over the years. I don’t know why black screen 📺 is so difficult or important. If you want basic “black-screen”, all you have to do is 1. Go to settings and darken the screen. You can go all the way down to black! 2. You can put your phone down on its face! When you do that,… PRESTO! Instant black screen!!! You can also put your iPhone in a bag, pouch or drawer!!! 😉 I tell you, it’s MAGIC!!! 😉
