As an addition to our previous three bowl combination series we've decided to focus on our lower power centers in this session. Bringing together the Root, Sacrum and our Solar Plexus creates one of the strongest grounding combinations we have yet to design. When our Root is activated we can truly feel the sensations of being alive and present in our body. With our Sacrum being activated we can be more aware of how we feel emotionally in the present. Finally with our Solar Plexus activating we can feel our power source and drive for taking action with our life, feeling the confidence to trust our gut and believe in what we want to pursue next. Bringing these three together gives us the power to feel present in the very moment and the push for life to pursue our dreams with determination. This has done a lot for me in a course of a day. I was anxious and felt like I didn’t have the drive to do ANYTHING. It was very crippling for me. I did a chakra test and my lower chakras were so unbalanced, so I decided to listen to this.

-got out of bed (I have energy)
-took care of myself and my dogs
-started working on my business again
-feel more grounded (not completely, but it’s a step)

My higher chakras tend to get me motivated and energized but I’m always in my head so my lower chakras always need work! When they do perform properly, I feel a sense of still-ness which I definitely need bc I have ADHD so I need all the work I can get! 😂

I've been using this to get to know my etheric body and work on healing wounds and tears on this level. While doing so I had an unexpected vision of an Aboriginal man wearing white ceremonial face paint marks and the red headband of an initiated man. He didn't acknowledge me, i don't even know if he saw me, but I saw him. I think he was a local land guardian or else is tied to my local land area in some way. It was very interesting.

I’ve been recovering from a childhood trauma which damaged the deep fascia chain. This sound bath has been beyond effective in speeding up my recovery. the energy moves my body moves naturally in a spiral now but not at first. Took a few times before my body found the energy but now it’s been letting go of all types of fascia adhesions and fear. Do you have a full chakra one?
