There's so much fandom around Jess because of her few moments on LIB but i kinda felt like there was something about her that wasn't as good as she portrays herself to be and then I saw the scene with her and Melinda at the table and there it was. She is not the girl's girl she pretends to be...why did Melinda get the brunt of that whole thing? It seemed like so many of them turned on her...and Harry just gets to walk away? Interesting...
Jess is that girl that will leave you at a club or start being real nasty towards you if you are with her and are getting more attention than her.

With the whole Melinda situation, I didn’t like how flirty she was with Harry. However, it was Harry’s responsibility in that situation to be like I’m with Jess and not act on his feelings in the situation. I hate, however, that everyone is saying that she needs clout and is using him when she has hosted a whole show and is famous and gets opportunities on her own. People aren’t really talking about how race plays into this. I feel like they’re diminishing her femininity, accusing her of being angry when she’s just speaking, and saying she’s doing all these things and being rude and interrupting that she’s not doing because of her blackness. That goes for her accomplishments that they don’t see because she’s black. I don’t think they would say she was doing it for clout if she were white.
100% agree with this. It was wild to watch how her blackness was playing a role with the way those men were discussing her and the way the women were talking to her.

100% agree!!!! Absolutely everything you said! And I think we forget Melinda was sent in a a bombshell by production to try and break the couples ups so the flirty I understand. But the racial undertone of the whole interaction was that Melinda is all of the black woman stereotypes when she is the most accomplished one at the table! And was the most respectful when she answered the question Jessica asked her at the table! If Jessica wanted privacy she should have asked her to go talk. I think it’s projecting because we know she sleeping with Harry or he would be mad at her like he was mad at Elyse
I clocked this immediately and was disgusted by it. You could see people avoiding and ignoring melinda that night too. She was only around izzy and trevor really but she looked terrified standing around (after Justin storms off). This is definitely gonna need to be addressed. Jess is from north carolina and she was side eyeing the second she came in the house.
Dom is the same racoon from season 1 🙄 might as well call him Drake because he's a shame to his Black side 🤷🏿♀️ idgaf, that was nasty the way they ha to demean and degrade melinda in order to make Jess feel better BECAUSE OF SOMETHING HARRY REFUSED TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR!!! They can keep the Netflix men on the other trash shows but leave them far away from the more normal ones because these a manipulators and deceiver. The craziest part is, aside from Dom trying to sniff her farts, Stevan and the guys probably dont care much for Jessica's feelings outside of how it relates to Harry. Lord knows what Harry tell Stevan about their private life; we already know they discuss that stuff already.

EXACTLY, Jess just couldn’t believe a black girl could be on her level or more, and that’s why she was so angry. She thought she got the hottest guy of the season, and that because of it, she was the hottest girl, but when everything happened with Melinda, she couldn’t handle she was in competition with someone that wasn’t white.

Micah was a mean girl in LIB along with Irina but she managed to escape the backlash and was not held accountable like irina was. Now to see her getting played like this on perfect match, she deserves it. I don’t feel bad for her at all.

well, Chris said earlier that Tolu would be easy way to stay in. Then she was a third option when he was trying to stay in and Elise told him look at her and Dom you’re not gonna split that up so he went another way. But I did think that he caught some feelings for her. But he also liked the other girl. He had been like her since day one and she never gave him the time of day. I think Tolu took him back because it is a competition. Also, that’s what I hope.
