    My caliper does both thousands, and inches in 1/64th increments. My problem was the instructions which were poorly printed, and the instruction was horrible. You made it easy to understand. Thank you.

    First thing before checking zero is to clean the jaws. Just open them and wipe them with your finger to make sure there isn’t any particles on the jaws.
