I want to adopt 2 Guinea pigs! We’re do I get a cage and what’s the best size?
Purple Pig I believe they have C&C cages online that are pre made and you just put together and a 2x4 foot cage is the minimum for 2 guinea pigs!

I totally think that you would benefit from having all the cages up off the ground - it makes the room feel bigger, gives more space for storage, is easier to clean the carpet fully -letting you be more content with less work, and it will save your back and knees when cleaning with the better height :)
Or maybe a vacuum with a longer attachment ! So you can stand rather than be hunched over
I loved this video. I love watching people rearrange and organize, especially pet stuff! You should 100% do a cleaning video of that closet and hang up your fleece! Also I just recently bought my pigs tunnels on Etsy in that same tie dye moon and star print as your rat hammock 😂 I make my own stuff but I loved that print and Joanns is sold out of it lol.

If you get two more folding tables you can move your oter guinea pigs on top, have more room for storage underneath and you could move the cages over the be able to get into your closet

Loved the new setup! I also would recommend getting a litter box, that way all the hay could be in one place and it won’t be all around the cage!

You are such a great pet mommy! . I had such a hard time taking care of 1 guinea pig . So I can only imagine how hard it is to take care of multiple on top of having other pets but I know the love they give you in return for taking such good care of them makes it that much more worth it!. As long as you can afford these beautiful animals and you take the best care of them YOU know how screw what anyone else has to say you do such an AMAZING job with these sweet babies. I’m considering getting a hedgehog but I probably should hold off until after I have my baby in January lol.

The pet room turned out beautifully! and of course none of your pets will be treated any differently but equally! I have wanted guinea pigs when I was little as well and when I was able to adopt one then I learned better ways to take care of guinea pigs

Some really great enrichment items that my piggies love are a toilet paper roll stuffed with hay, a whiffle ball (you know, the plastic ball with holes in it) filled with pellets and a paper towel roll half filled with hay and stuffed into a hole of the c&c grid. The second one is extra good if Kevin is a "stander." You can place it higher up so he has to work for it more. Maybe you could try these enrichment items for Kevin as food and treats are great motivation for piggies! These things really keep my piggies busy. They aren't interested in most pre made toys anyway and the things I have listed above are super cheap and really safe.
I literally would love to have a gaming set up with my animals in the same room i think animals are like a stress reliever for me😂🤷🏻♀️

Now you have an official pet room! It's looking really good and having more room to organize helps out SO much. All the guinea pig liners do take up a bit of space, and mayhaps more if you decide to make additional ones.
Have you thought about the possibility of setting up the two girls on top of another table like you have your two boys? You could put Kevin under them and it'd open the room up a bit more along with access to your closet and just more floor space in general.
Yeah I’ve thought about it but I do enjoy having the cages on the floor. It’s easier for cleaning and hanging out with them

Some people can handle more than others! Taking care of my animals is basically my job so I have plenty of time for them :)
