Pumpkin cake🍰 soft and sweet, nutritious and delicious🍭

Hi~ I am Xiaoxian. Today I will share with you a simple pumpkin cake. It is soft and sweet, and it is loved by the elderly and children.

✎Formula:
Pumpkin puree 150g Cake flour 100g
Honey 30g Corn starch 8g
Egg whites 3 Salt 1g
Egg yolk 3 Lemon juice 7-8 drops Lemon juice 1/2tsp
Egg 1 Sugar 50g
Corn oil 40g White sesame
Milk 30g
Preheat at 120℃
Bake up and down at 120℃ for 30 minutes
Bake at 120°C / 280°F for 30 minutes
Turn then
Bake up and down at 150℃ for 25 minutes
Bake at 150°C / 300°F for 25 minutes
