This BANNED Game is Actually Good? (House Party Review)

House Party is an open-ended social simulator comedy game most known for its controversial history and mature themes. These mature themes led to its status as a banned game on Twitch and as a temporarily banned product on the Steam store. Popularized by gaming content creators such as Game Grumps (who appear in the game), PewDiePie, and others, the video game has garnered quite a reputation since its release in 2017. In this video, I take a deeper look at the game and review both its best aspects and its most challenging hurdles in order to find out just why this game is actually worth defending and not worth censoring as much as it was and has been.

Curious, have you replayed this since the new Doja cat DLC? Thinking of buying this, but also wondering if they've fixed some of the 'bad' since they're adding more to the game.

I actually haven't played since the new Doja Cat DLC, and though I've heard some relatively bad things about that expansion (mostly over people being mad that she can't get naked), I do think that they've continued making the game more in-depth since I've last played it, so I would still recommend the title

Currently, you can't play the game on Twitch, and I believe that it's still banned from being purchased in the German version of the Steam store (possibly others, but I'm unsure). It was also banned as a whole from Steam a few years ago, but restrictions have since been lifted due to a few changes and censors added to the game
