I get your point about Nigerian skilled Laborer's and Artisans not being excellent, but I feel that the Togolese and Beninese behaving so well and delivering on site is just basic immigrant behavior, Just Like Americans complain about no jobs, but Nigerians will land there and over shadow them, If citizens think they deserve more from their government, they always will certainly conclude that they are over qualified for some jobs, there fore living it for any body who is ready and willing, its almost like what is happening with nursing abroad. I respect you sir

We are always keen with cure. But as for prevention, it’s story for another day. As long as who ever helps the developers cut conners still walk around freely, we are not serious yet.

Building is quiet hard, here in mainland we do Pilling like as if we are building sky scraper
Piling is done more on the island.
Although anything above 3/4 floors in Lagos is advisable to pile.

I disagree with your judgement of thought on Nigerians, you just can't say it for a general, our there they wouldn't bring in a Nigerian to do these and if they do it means we are better off than their people, Nigerians build estate's both the Yorubas, igbos and the hausas, and if you are not nigerian u are wrong if u are Nigerian u still wrong.

It's similar thing here in Ghana. Locals are not serious because they're in their comfort zone. Foreigners tend to be more reliable, truthful and hardworking in their job than locals. Nigerians working here are serious than Ghanaians. That's sadly the truth. Of course there are exceptions... obviously
