    If your missing Zero Rpm , Try this drive.google.com/file/d/1sCPwh84Rs3wizSUZuMEiPInvsyV-7JbA/view?usp=sharing
    If you are missing the zero rpm , When its on automatic its enabled . If you set it to manual and set the fan curve ect.. then its disabled.

      @ModItBetter  Před rokem

      @@CatabductionsAnoym yeah that is probably the problem a restart will clear everything up .. where a shut down can be sorta thought of just unplugging the thing ..In theory its suppose to close everything properly but it may not clear all the temp files ect.. So i figure the restart is clearing something for amd, forcing us to reload the profile regardless of windows fast start disabled.

    Since making this video.. I have seen twice now that the settings were not applied during a startup of my computer. So 8 out of 10 times it has worked.. I still do a quick check to see if my fans are at 0 rpm .. It is still better then before where it would never be applied.

    Thanks for the disable fast boot tip. I want my video card fans to spin all the time, down to a minimum of about 35% at low temp. However, every time I powered down my system when I started it again my XFX RX580 video card would revert to zero rpm fan speed even though adrenalin reported that zero rpm was disabled. After disabling fast boot it works the way I want. Now I don't have to go into adrenalin and turn zero rpm on then off again to get the fans to spin every time I power it up. I didn't time it but it seems to make no difference in start up times with fast boot disabled either, so it's definitely a win win. I'll almost certainly need to clean my video card more often but I'll happily pay that price to keep my video card temp in the high 20C range when I'm not doing anything graphic intensive.

      did you make a profile save it then reload it? you need to also do that. However some software restarts will make it disabled again. Only a true power off and restart .. will then load your profile and with windows fast start disabled have it load up on its own. also every time you update amd software you will most likely have to make a new profile.

    • @ModItBetter
      @ModItBetter  Před 11 měsíci +1

      are you trying to have zero rpm enabled so your fans don't actually spin? If so it could very well be your gpu is just running hot and the fans will spin no matter what. You can try to do the gpu drivers again and choose factory reset during install to see if it fixes your issue. On my system I had to disable windows update drivers as it was installing older drivers on me that would conflict with amd current drivers and software but that was 6 months ago, not sure if windows fixed that issue.

      Hi i did make a complete step by step of the pixhawk here
      czcams.com/video/_yl4VaZnpMI/video.html
      the flysky i show here with the settings and mission planner settings
      you can still treat the i6 receiver as the cx20 receiver its the same wiring minus the 2 gimbal wires if you don't do the firmware updgrade on the i6
      czcams.com/video/Vyt2d8rXkws/video.html
      Here is the video i show how to upgrade your transmitter.
      in the video i show a arduino but you can use any cheap ftdi and in the description i show a cable you can buy that you just plug into the back of your transmitter and program it quickly that way. then you can use ppm and use your variables for other things. as the pixhawk /apm use channel 5 and 6 combined for the flight modes
      czcams.com/video/o-gEJ_U3GDI/video.html
      but you will need to get the i6b receiver to take advantage of this firmware upgrade
      i do have 2 videos on the subject of droidplanner.
      here is one but these are my older video's and only one audio channel is working so if you hear nothing in the video it means your right speaker is not working.
      czcams.com/video/aq1ToE4B4FQ/video.html
      if i were to make one solid video of everything it would be a 2 to 3 hour video

    The issues I've had are the opposite - ZERORPM engages at start up everytime - which never turns on the fans - I would like AMD to give us an option to permanently disable it - Will try turning off fast start to see if that helps - but this is now the 2nd 6900XT with the same issue

    • @ModItBetter
      @ModItBetter  Před rokem

      Hi ya its annoying its what all 3 videos i made are about, how it enables zerorpm and over heats the gpu until basically the system crashes or glitches lots , .. Making a profile like i explain will help, but has to be re loaded usually every time you turn on your pc. If you disable windows fast start then its very rare you have to re enable it.
      You still have to make a profile ,save it and re load it for the first time.
      You will also have to make a new profile for every update that comes out as well usually and every amd software crash that forces a re install .

      Hi .. You need to make a profile and save the profile.. Then load load the profile.. After that disable windows fast start. After updates and random reboots. it might still go back to zero rpm. Load your saved profile again..
      So if that is not your problem ,It could be one of your fans has stopped working or needs to be cleaned out. I Had to replace fans on 570's and 580 .. You can find replacement fans on aliexpress or amazon .
      With the computer off flick each fan and see if it spins freely.

    ok i need help ive been struggling with this issus too not to mention the fan curve resetting as well....
    so i have the fast start option set to OFF and yet when my pc start AMD Adrenalin 2020 still has the ZERO RPM ENABLED as well as my fan curve going back to 50% across the bored i am also using msi afterbuner to monitor temps and adjust my fan speeds now because this AMD adrenaline is just GARBAGE because nothing saves nothing loads if i make a save profile the fan curves they dont stay the way i want them, for example and ill display like this (temp/fancurve%) 20degrees 30% fan, 40 degrees 45% fan, 50degrees 55% fan, 60degrees 75%fan 70degrees 85% 75degrees 100% now this is reasonable setting specially for gaming, but this amd adrenaline is pissing me off now so i started using msi afterbuner again to set my fan curve speeds and then it stays upon reaching the specific temps the fan will increases or decrease but now starting my pc msi afterbuner starts with it amd adrenilne still keeps stopping the fan because this ZERO RPM IS ENABLED AGAIN!!!, its a inconvenience to turn this off every time but its what im doing for now, i have submitted issue to amd but we all know where thats going ;) if anyone has any other ideas please help.... thanks in advanced

      What I have read the two software conflict with each other.. Hopefully they fix this issue.
      Also in adrenaline after you change to manual ,turn off zero rpm and set fan curves ect.. you said you saved your profile.. Try to push reset then you must re load your profile from the file you just saved. If you don't re load the profile it wont work. Then you have to disable windows fast start, for them to be re applied after a shutdown. Every so often a restart won't hold them. Now if you have re loaded your profile and turned off fast start.. Hopefully somebody else can jump in because I doubt the ticket will go anywhere.

      1. so it might be 3rd party software conflicting .
      did you install afterburner or anything like that?
      2. You didn't disable zero rpm or put it in manual mode.. However you should still see the temp and rpm..
      .
      3. one fan could be broken however that usually only effects what it shows for rpm..
      4. Your video card does not support fan tuning .
      5. Might want to try to re install amd drivers but make sure to set to factory defaults in the first steps of the install..
      Look in my description for link to a picture showing how to do a factory reset

      @ModItBetter  Před 4 lety

      Not sure.. i can only suggest couple things..
      what card do you have is it possible the fans can not be adjusted ?
      In Adrenalin.. for tuning the fan, Max it all out, safe your profile then reload it.
      .. and see if the fans go max. .. Then do it the other way . .lower them all and fallow the same steps. And see if your fans behave differently with adjusting them. AFter you have saved it and reloaded them you should be able to simply push apply after adjusting the fans each time.
      here are my settings for the fan.
      drive.google.com/open?id=1yfkfIA87hxPdu9rVEsEeot3w6yRgOvtX
      You can try to set it up like that making sure they are all close to the half way mark or even put them all to the top. Save your profile and then load profile
      You can Also try
      Uninstall msi after burner. Go to amd site and re download Adrenalin.. re install Adrenalin .. but during the setup pick optional options Something like that .. then put a check mark in reset factory settings. You can try that as well without un installing afterburner ..
      Are both of your fans moving. ? at the same speed? If one fan has failed or failing it can give the wrong rpm numbers.

      ModItBetter I am running an XFX Rx580 8gb edition. It might be one of the fans not running correctly but I dont know if this is a reason. When it starts to get hot around the 85 to 90 degree mark the fan on the right stops running and the fan on the left makes an awful fan scraping noise but this is very rare and only happens if I run games above my monitors ability or if it gets too hot. I don’t know if I should return my graphics card because it is brand new or if I need to reinstall drivers but what would you recommend?

      You might want to try that.
      its on the left side bottom where you want to adjust it,in the fan tuning section. try to bring it to its lowest and try to see if it still crashes. If it does not crash then keep bringing it up until you find a good spot for it.
      It might be possible your power supply is going or does not have enough current for your demands as well.
      Or it can be the fans are so faulty that its causing a huge current spike and causing the the power supply to reset or the motherboard..
