Driver caught on dashcam driving the wrong way down the A24 into oncoming traffic

- Excuse the quality of the video, my dashcam is rubbish.
Half way between Southwater roundabout and Buckbarn Crossroads on the A24 I was greeted by a driver coming towards me! I had to stop obviously but the van behind me almost didn't.
