I have been an avid bass fisherman for over 40 years now, and I consider Mr. Hack one of my true inspirations. What a genuine southern gentleman. I’m from southern Ky, (Dale Hollow, Lake Cumberland) and I relate to his origional style of tight cover fishing from traveling to other lakes. But to see him transform and adapt defines him as one of the most, if not THE most versatile bass fisherman of my time. Thank you, Z. Your guest list is so impressive, and to see how you two react with your guests makes these interviews so addictive and impressive. Okay, here’s the deal!! Ole Greg said that 1,000 times. Y’all are killing this! Keep it up. I know it’s difficult to keep hammering out content, but please keep it up. I haven’t missed a single Bilge podcast. It’s so genuine. Trait is straight up and I respect that so much.
I got to be a Marshall on Rayburn with Hackney the very first time I had ever been a marshal. I was a nervous reck and I thought it was one of the most intimidating people on the tour. Boy was a wrong. I swear he never stopped talking the entire day, he told me everything he was doing, what he was seeing, and everything in between. He was the absolute best person to be around.

Great podcast! Been in the boat with Greg several times…one time in very bad weather at Champlain…following that day, I’ve told many people that he is one of the best boat drivers on tour.

I love the fall opens idea though… my fav time of year to fish, great weather, a grinders derby, it’s anyone’s game! Start somewhat north in sept, October in somewhere like Kentucky lake/buggs/ chick, and November in Chick, G-Ville, Seminole.

About fishing new lakes, I have always said I would love to watch some of these guys fish some of the lakes that I have tournaments on, see what they would do differently. The knowledge that would be gained would be priceless.

Been counting the minutes for this one can't get enough of the hack attack !
Brother, I've had to travel for work for about the past month and half, 5hr drive each way, on the road Monday and back home Thursday or Friday...I always look forward to these podcasts. Between you, Luke dunkin, and Mercer, the drive is nowhere near as bad. Always fire content and information from all angles. Hopefully you can keep pumping content like this even after the season is over.
One question I'd love Trait to ask any of these guys when discussing the Cyuga/MLF debacle....what is more egregious.....what happened at Cayuga or the fact Boyd only assessed himself a 10 minute penalty for being on lake guntersville "crappie fiahing" during the off limits time period directly before that event.
Anyways, love these podcast and look forward to them every week!

@@Zaldaingerous ...San Antonio Texas. I fish the Hobie bass open series. I'm going to try and get around some of the bass events next year to watch you guys do your thing at events. .I know your buddy Russ Snyder's, we fish some of the same events l, he is a helluva a kayak angler.
