You would need to purchase a practice chanter first. You can get one from Henderson Imports or Higgins Ltd. or Reel Pipes. Then you need a teacher. In-person lessons are your best options, with a qualified teacher. If you don't live near an instructor, you can try following some online instructors on CZcams. Neil Clark (Falkirk Piping) is very good. My channel has some beginner playlists with lessons. There are others who do online lessons as well.
