I want to say sorry here, as an Italian, to all Croatians and fans of him, for the ignorant comments from the toxic fandom of Angelina Mango intended to denigrate Marko's voice and talent. Many Italians will support him and vote for him, me too. That's not the spirit of Eurovision song contest and I am really ashamed this is happening. Go Marko, all my support from Italy! ✨💖 Rooting from Chicago USA! I am one of those Croatians who left the country heartbroken and I find myself in this song. I left not one but 4 cats and a parrot. To win or not on the Eurosong, Baby Lasagna won all of our hearts, as Croatians. We used to have good music decades ago, up to the 80's or 90's, but then some period of embarrassing commercial crap. Then this song hit us all as it's good and we feel it. Thank you Baby Lasagna!

Whatever happens, Marko presented himself and his country in the superlative fashion. This version even sounds like he RE-composed the whole song right there at the spot, which is admirable. Improvisation shows the ability of an artist to handle his own art with confidence and knowledge, and here both are more than visible, without any showing-off or exagerrating. What I like the most about Marko as an artist is that he always gives his best with the upmost passion and capacity. And I extremely respect that he never used any cheap tricks to get the votes, he's not going around telling people "vote for me", he kept his dignity in everything. Respect Marko
