Trump's security was provided by two groups: local police and the Secret Service It seems that there was no proper communication between the groups. Law enforcement and security personnel for some reason also failed to secure all nearby rooftops in the vicinity.

Pennsylvania is a closed primary state, so you HAVE TO do that if you want to vote in their primary. So voter registration means nothing. You can change it back and forth as much as you want.
